At a certain point, being undefensive has limits. I am not willing to accept the labels of, "selfish" or, "he offers no help."

And anyway, if I did try to tolerate those viewpoints it could sound like introjection; a defense.

Judge not even if others are judging us. Even if they still judge, God will not.

 It may make you unsuccessful to not condemn back, but that means nothing. They will probably start to judge you almost constantly, but that also doesn't matter.

People worry a lot about being too nice to people, but they should worry just as much about being too nice to themselves.
